I discovered last month that adding too much to my already busy life is a challenge in itself.
I modified the challenge by drawing a smaller 50 and spent one day walking the 5 and one day walking the 0.
I loved this challenge!
Luckily I picked the two nicest days of the month to walk.
On March 12, Jody dropped me off in Marda Loop and I made my way home. I did a combo of walking and runinng as it was my long run day. The total distance I went was 22.7km and it took me 3:39 to do it. I stopped and had lunch and found a great triathlon store.
Here is my route. It kind of looks like a 5.

What I liked about this challenge:
I was able to see some different parts of Calgary
I was amazed by how much of the city I could cover on my own power
I was out in the fresh air for a long time.
I want to incorrporate more walking into my life.
